Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale (5.1% ABV)

Nü Metal Korn Amber Lager

Collaboration with Annex Ale Project. We started with whole, organic dried corn, hit it with food-grade lime and let it sit overnight. It’s called nixtamalization, and it brings out the best flavours and aromas from the corn. Paired with caramel, Munich, and biscuit malts and some classic German hops, this amber-coloured lager is funky, fresh, and somehow classic.
