Common Time California Common

Crisp, caramel and toasty flavours mingle with Northern Brewer hops in a cohesive moderately dry finish. This style was originally developed in San Francisco and is very similar to an amber ale (5.1% ABV)

Dry-hopped with Motueka & HBC-630. Marguerita lime, fresh pineapple & candied raspberry.

The LP (2024) Imperial Stout

Our 2nd iteration of our Imperial Stout. This version has a little more black forest cake and chocolate notes and a little less bitterness. We filled a few bourbon barrels for next year so we have less of it this year. For that reason we will not be filling growlers. (9% ABV)

We present our 100th batch of beer & our first LAGER! A super crisp German-style Pils brewed with 100% floor-malted pilsner malt from Hogarth in Olds, AB and traditional German hops.

Feel the breeze and embrace the Sun with a refreshing mid-day treat. Perfect for sipping the summer away, this tart and tasty ale is like a liquid lemon meringue pie. It’s like that feeling of lounging in a lawn chair surrounded by your friends at a music fest sipping a cold beer. Perfection.

Santé Raspberry Tea Tart Ale

Our second collab with Bar Trove (located in downtown Edmonton) inspired by one of their cocktails. We paired raspberry puree with black tea called Queen Mary from Acquired Taste Tea. We added just a smidge of Timut Peppercorn for depth and citric acid for tartness.

A collab with Medicine Hat Brewing Co. We made the biggest pastry stout that we possibly could and added a huge dose of maple to push this 11.9% into pancake territory. Enjoy!

Song Dynasty Jasmine Rice Lager

We brewed this lager in collaboration with Lingnan to pay homage to the Golden Age of the Song Dynasty (960–1279), We use flaked jasmine rice to echo the ancient tradition of huangjiu (grain wines), creating a crisp and dry finish. Jasmine, a flower famously used to scent teas in Fuzhou during the Song era, adds sweet floral notes. Adding the tea creates a wonderful bouquet of subtle spring blossoms. A great blend of flavours to welcome spring with, and a great way to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

Return of The Mac

It is a sweet-ish, McIntosh-forward cider made from 100% BC apples, featuring a balanced acidity and a strong apple finish. It's wildly fermented, fluten-free and sulphite-free. From our friends at Core Values in Canmore.
