High Fidelity Cryo Fresh IPA

It's no secret: we love hops. And we recently fell in love with fresh hopped beer during hop selection in the hop mecca of the beer world - Yakima. YCH created a new product this year to mimic wet hops, for those of us without access to fresh hops from the bine, called Cryo Fresh. The very definition of high fidelity is the reproduction of sound with little distortion, giving a result very similar to the original. We've applied this to the beer by using these Cryo Fresh hops to try and replicate the taste of a fresh hopped beer as close as possible. Dry Hop: Citra T-90 & Citra Cryo Fresh

A selection of BC grown and pressed apples fermented with a blend of yeast then adding blackberries, raspberries and blueberries resulting in a punch of berry flavour balanced out by dry crispness. Still very little sugar added but packed with berries.

The LP Cafe Coffee Imperial Stout

We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our award winning Imperial Stout than to blend it with some incredible Costa Rican coffee, roasted by our local friends at Tosto Roasters. This aromatic house blend produces notes of hazelnut, chocolate, and a rich roast character.
